    Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.  In a BODYSTEP class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.  Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way.

    SpinSpin is the ideal fitness and fat loss class.  Spin gives you a moderate to high intensity, non-impact workout.  Each class gives you  an outdoor ride on an indoor stationary bike.  Studies have shown spin burns more calories than any other group exercise class.
  • Body Pump

    BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

    Boxing and circuit classes use a variety of exercise including boxing, resistance and cardio training to give you a complete fitness workout.  Great for those who want to try boxing!
  • Body Attack

    BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, leaving you with a sense of achievement.

    Zumba takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

    Yoga is the emphasis is on postural and breathing awareness while strengthening pelvic floor muscles and increasing flexibility of your muscles and joints, promoting inner calm and strength.

    Pilates mat classes focus on your core strength and flexibility to improve coordination and body alignment.  With correct breathing and control of deeper muscles pilates promotes efficient movements with the focus on good posture and body awareness.

    Abs, Butts and Thighs... need we say more! Cardio and resistance training for the legs, butt, and abdominals.

Participants will be pushed hard during these classes!

    METAPWR: Sticking to our fundamental training principles, Metapwr is a power circuit class using functional kit and exercises to work muscle and boost  metabolism. To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with simple un-choreographed, high intensity intervals.
