    Spin attack is performed on stationary bikes where you ride to maximize your fitness potential. During the class, the instructor simulates hill-climbing, sprints, and races. You will be motivated by the instructor, the people around you, and the music.  The energetic music will motivate you through a variety of speed and resistance challenges to ultimately burn calories.
