A great cardio workout on a stationary bike that gives you a Total Body Burn. Spinning uses large muscle groups and is low impact workout that does not put any pressure on the knees and joints and allows your body to work hard. Spinning segment is approx 30-35mins followed by a 15min segment of complete abdominal exercises.
HIIT is a short sharp high intensity bodyweight workout aimed at increasing your aerobic capacity and accelerating fat burning while building strength, muscular endurance and power.
Pilates mat classes focus on your core strength and flexibility to improve coordination and body alignment. With correct breathing and control of deeper muscles pilates promotes efficient movements with the focus on good posture and body awareness.

Power yoga is a dynamic practice that builds strength, balance and flexibility by syncing the flow of the breath with powerful yoga poses. The sequencing involves warming the body through a series of sun salutations before moving through a creative combination of standing and seated postures, balancing, backbends and resting poses, which interlinked with vinyasa flows. The classes offered are open to all levels.
