    BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

    A dynamic, fitness-to-music program that leaves you feeling relaxed! It combines yoga,tai chi and pilates. Carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses creating a holistic low impact workout.
  • Pilates

    Pilates mat classes focus on your core strength and flexibility to improve coordination and body alignment.  With correct breathing and control of deeper muscles pilates promotes efficient movements with the focus on good posture and body awareness.
  • Body Step

    Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.  In a BODYSTEP class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.  Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way.
  • Bootcamp

    These indoor/outdoor session will make you huff, puff and sweat while having fun at the same time.  Utilising a range of different equipment and environments, you will never get bored of this full-body conditioning class!
  • SPRINT

    is a 30-minute workout of high intensity, designed using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
  • CXWORX

    Exercising muscles around the core, CXWORX provides the vital ingredient for a stronger body. A stronger core makes you better at all things you do, from everyday life to your favourite sports - it’s the glue that holds everything together.  All the moves in CXWORX have options, so it’s challenging but achievable for your own level of fitness. During the 30-minute workout trained instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises like crunches, and hovers. You will also get into some hip, butt and lower back exercises.
  • Box Fit

    Box Fit is a circuit-style class that uses a variety of exercise including boxing, resistance and cardio training to give you a complete fitness workout.  If you like to box, this is the class for you!
  • Body Jam

    BODYJAM™ is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance styles and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as on breaking a sweat. Funky instructors teach you to move with attitude through this 55-minute class. So grab a friend, get front and centre, and get high on the feeling of dance.  Each new release is a different dance experience depending on what's current and hot.
  • Body Combat

    BODYCOMBAT combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defense disciplines such as karate, boxing, Tai Chi, and kickboxing. It is a fiercely energetic experience taught in a safe and simplistic manner. Designed to fight fat and kick calories, it is a great cardiovascular workout that's all out fun.
  • Grit Strength

    GRIT™ Strength is a 30 minute high intensity interval training workout that takes you in to overdrive to go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super fast. The short sharp demanding exercises combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
  • Box-Fit

    Fit2Box and circuit classes use a variety of exercise including boxing, resistance and cardio training to give you a complete fitness workout.  Great for those who want to try boxing!
