  • RPM

    RPM is the ideal fitness and fat loss class.  Spin gives you a moderate to high intensity, non-impact workout.  Each class gives you  an outdoor ride on an indoor stationary bike.  Studies have shown spin burns more calories than any other group exercise class.
  • Body Step

    Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.  In a BODYSTEP class you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. If you fancy quicker stepping and the chance to showcase your rhythm and flair then BODYSTEP Classic is the way to go. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely.  Our bubbly and approachable instructors coach you through the workout. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way.

    BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.  Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.  Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!  You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
  • Body Attack

    BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, leaving you with a sense of achievement.

    A dynamic, fitness-to-music program that leaves you feeling relaxed! It combines yoga,tai chi and pilates. Carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses creating a holistic low impact workout.

    If you're wanting to work hard, this metabolic conditioning style class will be perfect for you! The class involves equipment such as: kettlebells, plyo boxes, rowers, spin bikes, olympic rings, high bars, as well as, incorporating body weight exercises. Participants will be pushed hard during these classes!
  • Aqua

    A non impact cardiovascular workout that is sure to get your heart rate up. Great for people with joint pain. It is a great workout for summer!
  • Box-Fit

    Box-Fit and X-train classes use a variety of exercise including boxing, resistance and cardio training to give you a complete fitness workout.
  • Group Hydro

    A water-based group session with our Exercise Physiologist.  This low-impact class focuses on rehabilitation. If you have any major health concerns and/or are recovering from surgery - this is the class for you! Smaller class numbers mean greater one on one care and attention to individual needs.
  • L1 Fitness

    The class for EVERYONE! This is the perfect starting point for anyone wanting to get fitter and stronger.
  • Bootcamp

    These indoor/outdoor session will make you huff, puff and sweat while having fun at the same time.  Utilising a range of different equipment and environments, you will never get bored of this full-body conditioning class!
